Parking

You can park in the Ontario Place parking lots outside the front gates. Parking will be $25/day.

On Site

The festival will accept all forms of payment including cash, debit & credit.

Will there be INs and OUTs for the festival?

VIP ticket holders will be allowed to leave and renter the festival until 10pm each day. There will be no INs and OUTs for GA ticket holders. Once you leave each day you will not be permitted re-entry.

Am I allowed to bring food and water to the festival?

All food must be pre-packaged and sealed. Food packaged in plastic, glass containers, or Ziploc bags will be confiscated. 1 factory sealed water bottle will be allowed. No glass or metal bottles. There will be water stations on site. Vendors will also have beverages available for sale. Unsealed drinks will be confiscated.

Are backpacks allowed?

Yes, small backpacks are allowed. However, they are subject to a security check prior to entry into the festival. Anyone who brings a clear backpack will be allowed to enter the no bag line.

Can I bring my SLR camera?

Small personal cameras (smaller than 40 mm) and phone cameras are allowed but NO professional cameras (any SLR or DSLR) and no cameras with detachable lenses will be permitted into the festival grounds. There are no audio/video recording devices permitted beyond what is listed on our allowed/prohibited items list.

Will there be lockers available?

There will be no lockers on site this year.

Will there be food vendors?

Yes, there will be a variety of food vendors to cater to an array of dietary needs.

Where do I park my car?

There will be extremely limited parking on site. Parking will be $25/day. Please plan your festival transportation in advance. Streetcar, Uber, Water Taxi and Go Train will be available.

Getting to Dreams by TTC

Subway to union station. Take the 509 Exhibition streetcar to Exhibition. Walk to Ontario Place.

Getting to Dreams by train

Take the train (Westbound / Eastbound) and get off at Exhibition station. Walk to Ontario place.

I bought my ticket and I cannot go anymore, can I give it to my friend?

Tickets are non-transferable.

WHAT CAN WE BRING WITH US TO THE FESTIVAL (ALLOWED ITEMS)?

  • Point and shoot, nonprofessional cameras
  • Empty plastic water bottles, refillable bottles and Camelbacks
  • Small collapsible umbrellas
  • Cigarette packages
  • Small bags or backpacks - 12” wide by 15” tall and smaller
  • Factory sealed water bottles
  • Illuminated or glowing jewelry
  • Inflatables (deflated upon entry)
  • Flags and banners (no poles)
  • Prescription medication (you must have the prescription in your name with you)
  • Personal amount of food in clear packaging
  • Small towels
  • GoPros/action cameras (head & chest mounts are permitted)

WHAT ARE WE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING INTO THE FESTIVAL (PROHIBITED ITEMS)?

  • NO Illegal or illicit substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia
  • NO outside alcohol
  • NO weapons of any kind
  • NO object that can be used as a projectile
  • NO flammable items or liquids including aerosols and fireworks
  • NO opened over the counter medication or eye drops
  • NO glow sticks (bracelets permitted)
  • NO balloons
  • NO large backpacks or duffle bags
  • NO umbrellas, chairs, blankets, sleeping bags or tents
  • NO metal containers of any kind (including metal refillable water bottles)
  • NO bicycles, skateboards, scooters or hoverboards
  • NO animals except for service animals
  • NO large chains, chained wallets or spiked jewelry
  • NO laser pens or pointers
  • NO musical instruments, noisemakers or air horns
  • NO professional cameras or audio/video recording equipment
  • NO selfie sticks, camera or action camera poles
  • NO flag poles, sticks, or totems
  • NO drones or other flying vehicles
  • NO spray paint, markers or pens
